- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a patient for about 2 or so years. I went to him because another practice in Salisbury was trying to get $1000 from me and I didn't think I had the issues which they were stating - I went to Tibbs and he found ONE cavity and one other that needed to be addressed.
