  Not very satisfied on how my family member is being handled here. Came to have all his teeth pulled and get dentures and for over 3 months they have not fit at all! The mold of his mouth was done and it was done to big for him. When the dentures came back they wore sores on the gums. Because they did not fit correctly at all. Now they are drilled down where if he drops them they will break and where they flop out every time he eats, or talks. And in order to get this problem fixed that the dentist has caused is going to cost additional 900 or more on top of the 6thousand that was just spent to get dentures. Don't feel this is my family member's problem, you are the dentist this is not your first rodeo and for you to say oh well is very un professional. You got your money and we got screwed. So now we are going to another dentist and to see if anything can be done because coming to you is a waste of time and makes everyone's blood pressure go up just dealing with you! I've had a partial put in until my bones healed for I can finish my root canal and I have never in my life heard of a dentist doing this and not standing by his work at all. I'm very happy I didn't chose this place to have my root canal done! Just wish my dentist wasn't so far backed up. Very unsatisfied all around!
